Can I amend or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org . We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed however we can fix pretty much anything in our system and want you to have a positive experience.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note that all orders are subject to review.
How do I use an online promo code?
To redeem an online voucher, simply enter your promotional code into the space provided on the first page of the checkout then click ‘apply promo code’.

When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped with our Standard Delivery service will arrive between 7-14 business days after dispatch. For all orders over $250 standard shipping is free.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a $15 flat rate for all orders under $250
For all orders over $250 standard shipping is free.
How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order.
What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please submit a request through the 'Contact Us' page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I make a return?
Your Entrix experience is important to us, therefore we’re happy to provide exchanges or refunds for garments within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in a sellable condition.

When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected and approved your return. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply select “Sign In” on the top left hand corner of our home page. From there, you can request a new password by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?”
How can I apply for sponsorship?
Sure, we welcome all application and love to support athletes. We have a page specifically for this which will link you to our survey. The information we ask for is only used to assess your application. We look forward to hearing from you.
PRODUCT CARE AND INFORMATION
How should I wash and care for my Entrix gear?
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colors
- Do NOT Tumble dry. hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets
- Do not iron
We recommend getting a delicates laundry bag for extra long use.
