How do I apply a discount code?
We've made it easy to enjoy our online promotional offers.
If you've received a code, just follow these easy steps:
- Add your Entrix products to your shopping cart
- Proceed to the "Checkout"
- Type in your code in the white box where it says "Discount" (Right side of screen)
- Click "Apply"
- This will reduce the amount from your Grand Total
Did my order process?
Once you place your order online, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you have any concerns please use the contact page.
Can I buy Entrix in a store?
You can view our list of retailers at the “Dealers” link located at the base of our main page
If you are interested in becoming a dealer please contact us through our online form.
How do I know my size?
When on the product page there is a link next to the picture of the product that says “Size Guide”. This link will open our sizing guide providing you with information regarding the fit for you. Please take the time to consider this before you order so we can send you the correct garment.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for all orders over $250
Standard delivery for orders under $250 is a flat rate of $15
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered via standard post using several different couriers and your signature may be required to accept registered goods. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and can be delivered to P.O. Boxes (country dependent). Orders shipped with our Standard Ground Delivery service will arrive between 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Please note that during Chinese New Year postage may take longer due to postal service restrictions. These restrictions are in place from February 10th to 31st.
How can I track my order/delivery?
Orders can be tracked using the supplied tracking number which will come to you in an email advising your order has been dispatched. You can also visit the DHL (order other) web tracking service and enter this number manually.
Can I amend my order after it’s been placed?
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to amend it, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible through the contact us page. We can make changes to your order once it has been placed however it all depends on the timing as we aim to dispatch orders swiftly.
Note: changing or adding to an order once it has been dispatched will result in additional postage costs for the customer.
What if I receive a faulty garment?
If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us via the contact us page and fill out your request for return or exchange, along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.
Returns of under garments or socks
For hygiene reasons Entrix is unable to accept returns of undergarments or socks.
